Ella Weber and Sharon Melamed will discuss the current situation, where cities around the world are facing a housing crisis and seek affordable residential solutions for middle and lower classes, and present innovative alternatives supporting diverse urban communities.

Architect Ulrike Schartner is a Partner at the Viennese gaupenraub+/- architecture firm; Ella Weber is a Senior Team Coordinator at the Strategic Planning Unit of the Engineering Administration of the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality; Sharon Melamed is the Director of Social Services Administration at the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality.
