From the Research Lab: After Tomorrow #5 – Sustainably, Design and Globalization in the Day After Covid 19
Landscape architect Martin Rein-Cano of Berlin-based TOPOTEK 1 and architects Yael Gilad and Galit Shiff of Gilad-Shiff Architecture in an online conversation about sustainability, design, and globalization in a post-Corona world. They will discuss sustainability and health issues in public and private spaces, the relevance of design to different uses of urban areas, and the effect of the pandemic on planning in general and international collaborations in particular. As part of our German-Israeli dialogue, we promote mutual learning of ways planners can deal with new challenges posed by Covid-19, questioning future methods.
